Shift-based managers often piece together schedules, time records, leave, shift changes, announcements and operational checklists across several tools. Workforce Manager is being built to reduce that fragmentation and keep the information employees use every day in one consistent workspace.
Designed from operational workflows
The product focuses on practical details: role eligibility, contracted hours, approved leave, workplace context, open shifts, manager approvals and mobile employee access. Operations features extend that approach into recurring restaurant work such as cleaning, inventory and recipes.
Who it is for
The current product direction is especially suited to restaurants, hospitality businesses and other organisations that schedule employees in shifts. Multi-location support is intended for companies that need shared employees without losing the identity of each workplace.
Product development
Workforce Manager continues to evolve. Features are tested and refined as the scheduling and operations workflows grow, and public documentation is updated to describe generally available functionality accurately.
