Last updated: 3 September 2026

By creating an account or using Workforce Manager, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

Service

Workforce Manager provides tools for workforce scheduling, employee administration, availability, requests, attendance and team communication. Features may change as the service develops.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for information entered into your workspace. Managers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis and authority to enter and manage employee information.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Scheduling, payroll-related figures, leave warnings and similar features are management aids and should be reviewed before being relied upon for employment, payroll or legal decisions.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Plans and advertising

Features may vary by plan. Free-plan manager accounts may include advertising. Paid plans may provide different limits and features as described in the service.
